Would you please do me a favor and remove me from your Friends list? It just bothers me to have people listing me as a Friend when I'm not their 'Friend'. Thanks! :)

I always hear so many great things about you, and though I so rarely initiate friendsing on LJ these days, I was wondering if you'd consider it. So funny...when I looked at your icons to see why I thought I recognized you, it was the one of just your EYE that made me say "Aha! That was it!" You have very pretty eyes, by the way. Will flattery get me added?

Oh, and here's my usual half-sheepish disclaimer: my journal has been very sporadic/random/conflicted since the beginning, and it just keeps getting worse. I've never quite decided how to use it, or even whether to use it. I hope that will change in the future. Hope springs eternal!

I went and browsed some of my entries with a fresh eye, as if I were you meeting me for the first time, and was surprised/gratified to see that once in a while I do express myself beautifully and/or say something of value. So often, when I look back at old letters/diaries/cards I've written, I'm completely surprised: "I wrote that?!? No way." So anyway, I don't think our online friendship will be a complete waste of time. In fact I rather suspect the opposite. Occasionally I am a prophetess, so...let's see what happens!

I am very pleased to make your acquaintance, both in person and in writing. Oh, and I usually don't use so many slashes...I'm just in a silly mood today. But I nearly always ramble, so...get used to it!

Ha, flattery won't help you, 'cause I already told you I'd add you. I do like my "eyecon". I made it many years ago, but still like it.

My journal is also sporadic, I tend to write about day-to-day issues or problems I'm facing more than anything else.

Yes! I went to England and Scotland with them, several years ago. :) It was SUCH a blast!!! =D I also lived like half an hour away from them for about 10 years. So yeah, I saw them lots! :)
